At Kave Home Singapore, we want you to love your space, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for items that don't quite fit your vision. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery provided the items are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your customer account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the item.

  Wait for Approval

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the item meets our return criteria and confirm the eligibility for a refund or exchange.

  Schedule a Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate a professional furniture collection service to pick up the item from your home at a scheduled time that suits you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
